Husband brought home WEENIE BUNS from work! They had a BBQ at his work, and apparently not many people showed up, so they started giving away packages of hot dog buns. He picked up two bags for our awesome barbeque we are throwing in July. Nothing better than FREE buns!
Speaking of buns, our good friend Lauren Thomson is starting up a bun business! If you live in the Edmonton area and like breads (and really, who doesn't) you should hit her up for some homemade buns! You can e-mail her at laurenhenrie@gmail.com
Back to the BBQ. It is being held on July 16th. Anyone and everyone is invited to come. We will provide burgers, buns, and all the fixins. All we are asking is if you can, bring a salad, or chips, or beverages.
We live across from a baseball diamond, soccer fields, and 3 beach volleyball courts! So pretty much show up anytime in the afternoon after 3:00pm, and we will be playing until we take a break for the edibles.
No need to RSVP or anything, just come and invite your friends and bring your kids (there is a nice playground right beside the volleyball courts)
