I made this delicious kettle corn tonight! Here is the recipe, if you are like me, you might want to make more than one batch of this stuff!
Kettle Corn
3-4 tbsp oil
1/2 cup popcorn kernals
1/3 cup sugar
salt (to taste)
Heat up your oil in a pot or whirly pop on high with 2 kernals of corn in it. Once they pop, it is ready to add sugar and the kernals! If using a pot, shake until all the kernals have popped and it goes silent. If using a whirly pop, whirl away! When all have popped, put into a bowl and sprinkle salt. Mix the popcorn and keep adding salt to taste. Let sit about 5 minutes so it hardens, and break up the pieces.
Serve, and enjoy!
Seriously. It is amazing and takes the same amount of time as regular popcorn. No baking required!
