means i'll have to start packing our bags soon?
There are two things I hate about traveling. #1 is the departure. Cleaning the house from top to bottom so you I don't come home to a messy place with 2 week old crusties on plates in the sink, and packing my bags. I just don't feel motivated to do it. Planning out what I am going to wear, how much weight we have left in suitcases, and being worried that I will forget something crucial and be stuck in a foreign country.
#2 is coming home. When I get home from a trip, I want to head right inside, fling off my shoes and jump into bed. I usually leave my luggage in the car, and maybe the next day it makes it into the house, and in the next few days into my room, and a few days after that it will get unpacked and my clothes will finally get washed.
But the exciting things are what happens before; the anticipation, the planning, the arrangements, and what happens there; the real vacation part!
It WILL be great!
Last night we went to see the Saskatoon Blades play against Seattle. Kevin and I were looking at eachother and chatting during half time when he leaned in and gave me a kiss. Startled I pulled away and then he pointed to the big screen where both of us were live on the "smooch cam". How embarrasing.
Did the luggage make it in from the car? Update us on your entire trip complete with pics, please...
