BOXEN
We are moving in less than 3 weeks! I am very excited because we have been waiting to get into this house since we moved to Edmonton in the begining of January. We have thus far been in basement suites, a two bedroom, and now we are in a cramped 1 bedroom. (and you have to walk through OUR bedroom to get to the bathroom! How utterly annoying. You can't expect me to keep my room clean always just to accomodate guests!)
But July. Yes glorious July will be rid of that all for the next few years! We are moving into a house we are renting from Kevin's cousin's wife's mother. Confusing isn't it? We are thrilled to be renting from someone we know indirectly. We have only heard great things about herand what a wonderful landlord she is, so we are quite enthralled with the idea of renting under her. And not to brag or anything, but we are amazing tenants to have. ;) Oh so vain. But hey, its my blog dang it. I'll be vain if I want.
The new place is a cute little house very close to Southgate. It has 4 bedrooms and 2 and a half bathrooms. And more space than we are used to for sure, but I am positive that we will find good uses for it. We are already talking about the mini music studio we want to transform the bedroom into. (maybe this will convince Kevin to finally buy me a keyboard so we can start up our awesome punk rock band with his cousin Bob. Woo!)
Well, all of that fun is only 3 weeks away now. We are just taking our time packing, packing, packing and in reality, there isn't very much to pack because we couldn't UNPACK most of the stuff in such a small house! But now we'll have room. And a real garage. And a real backyard. AND A REAL DISHWASHER!
