I just had to post about the chicken Kevin and I made. It may not look impressive, but we both agree that it was WAY better than Colonel's Sanders. Sorry Sanders. We made a "light" version of it, using skinless chicken and the breading was a much thinner coat. But OUR 11 herbs and spices will remain a delicious secret.....
Mostly because we can't even remember what we put in it!
