the more you eat, the more you toot

This next month we are going to try to add more beans and flax into our diet. Check out our new weekly meal plan! (yep, we plan on eating this every single week through the summer!)

    can I steal the italian sausage soup, pan roasted halibut w/ herbed lentils, garbonzo bean salad in pitas, and ESPECIALLY the toasted sesame ginger salmon.

    and basically anything you want to pass along, I am up for trying.

  4. Yes for sure! I think my first week on the menu in August I will take pictures each day and give the recipe for each one. I don't want to give out recipes if they are crappy! Nobody would dare look at my blog again.
